Terms of Service

Welcome to DecorAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Rocket Digital Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the DecorAI mobile application (available on iOS and Android), web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

DecorAI is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to:

• Upload photos of rooms in their homes
• Select from various interior design styles
• Receive AI-generated visualizations showing potential room redesigns
• Save and share generated designs

The Service uses artificial intelligence technology from third-party providers (including OpenAI, Replicate, and Google Gemini) to generate design visualizations. Results are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only.

Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Content You Upload

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that you do not have the right to share
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload content that infringes any intellectual property or other rights of any party
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our express permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features

Free and Premium Features

DecorAI offers both free and premium features. Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing and available features are displayed within the Service.

Payment Processing

All transactions are processed through the following third-party payment processors:

• Apple iTunes: For in-app purchases on iOS devices
• Google Play: For in-app purchases on Android devices
• Stripe: For web-based purchases

We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. All payment processing is handled by these third-party providers in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
• Web: Your account settings at app.decoraihome.com

Refunds

Refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to the respective platform (Apple or Google) in accordance with their refund policies. For web purchases via Stripe, please contact us at hello@rocketdigital.ai within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at our discretion.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, software, design, trademarks, and branding (excluding User Content), is and will remain the exclusive property of Rocket Digital Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content

Designs generated by the Service using your photos are created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save, share, and use these generated designs for personal purposes, including sharing with contractors or designers for implementation planning.

You may not sell, license, or commercially distribute AI-generated designs without our written permission.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you or keep such feedback confidential.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that:

• AI-generated designs will meet your expectations or requirements
• Designs are structurally feasible or compliant with building codes
• The Service will be available at all times without interruption
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

Professional Advice: The Service does not provide professional interior design, architectural, or construction advice. Always consult qualified professionals before implementing any changes to your property.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

In no event shall Rocket Digital Limited, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Cost of substitute goods or services
• Any other intangible losses

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rocket Digital Limited and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any User Content you submit to the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Service or by contacting us at hello@rocketdigital.ai.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and User Content
• Active subscriptions will not be refunded (pro-rated refunds may be available at our discretion)
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hello@rocketdigital.ai. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rocket Digital Limited regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
• No Agency: No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of these Terms.
